Refund Policy

Global Butterfly Pty Ltd is committed to providing each customer with exceptional service. We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business and the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 30 days full refund policy, which begins on the date of purchase with most of our products with the exception of "The Awakened Woman Program Monthly Membership", LIVE Soul Sister Retreats, "Love, Light, Leadership Academy", "Quantum Leap Mentoring", 1:1 Balance or Private Strategy Calls with Katie and any other service under the ‘Quantum Leap Mentoring’ brand as well as any special/limited discount for all products which have a zero refund policy. However, you can cancel your subscription to The Awakened Woman Program monthly membership offer, at any time from any future billing.

 

For our TAWP monthly membership we reserve the right to cancel your membership at anytime without a refund if we feel you are not a right fit for this community.

 

For our subscription products such as The Awakened Woman Program Membership, for customers in the UK, we will abide by the Consumer rights procedure of the UK, which entitle the consumer to a 14 day cooling off period, however this right is waived as soon as the product or service purchased has been accessed, streamed or downloaded.

 

For our group training programs that are a 6-8 week program package and digital products, the 30-day refund policy applies, as long as you have shown you have taken action and applied the lessons within the program and can show us that you have done the work. This excludes the "Love, Light, Leadership Academy" Mastermind and service packages such as "Quantum Leap Mentoring," "Soul-Alignment Package," and "Soul-Accelerator Package" . We reserve the right to cancel and refund live or online workshop attendees should we feel the workshop will not be right for them or their business. 

Please note, within the "Quantum Leap Mentoring" high-end mentoring, The "Love, Light, Leadership Academy" mastermind or the "Self Love Steps To Success" Mentoring Packages (which may or may not include the Soul Sister Retreat), there is strictly NO REFUND on part or in full for the package or training provided. There is NO REFUND Because these services are limited for access to only customers who have ascended the value ladder and already experienced extra-ordinary value and the nature that all products, programs and services are delivered with excellence, as well as there is an extensive application process for both you, as the customer, and Katie or the Global Butterfly team to determine a 'right fit' for these services, and the nature of these packages involves an intensive amount of time, energy and commitment from Katie.
