RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsibility of Right to Decline Reservations and Right to Terminate: Global Butterfly hereby reserves the right to decline acceptance of reservations for this retreat for any reason in their sole discretion. In the event a reservation is accepted, Global Butterfly further reserves the right to terminate any participant from the retreat and it's intended activities, and/or 'Sacred Circle' conversations in the event any participant is declared disruptive to the group or others in the country wherein the trip/'sacred circle' conversations is being held. In the event that any participant is terminated for the reasons listed above, it is expressly understood that the participant will not be refunded any monies that have previously been paid for the remainder of the trip, and Global Butterfly has the right to also terminate any or all access to bonus online content. By completing the electronic registration application form and ticking the box to confirm you have read these Terms and Conditions, you agree that in the event of a termination of you, and Global Butterfly will NOT be responsible for your accommodations and/or your transportation for the remainder of the trip, and the monies previously paid for same will not be refunded. Global Butterfly does not own, manage, or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel, restaurant or any other supplier of services. All coupons, receipts, and tickets (if applicable) issued are subject to the terms & conditions specified by the suppliers. By accepting the tickets you acknowledge that Global Butterfly or any of its representatives shall be liable for the loss, injury or damage to you, your belongings or in connection with any accommodations, services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences beyond its control including breakdown of equipment, strikes, delay or cancellation of changes to scheduled services. All accommodations, services and facilities are subject to the laws and the customs of the countries in which these services are rendered. Global Butterfly reserves the right to make necessary changes in the itinerary and or services throughout the event, to substitute activities, or accommodation at its own discretion. If cancellation of any tour is made by the Global Butterfly the sole liability towards the client shall be a refund if the retreat was purchased as its own package (and not a free inclusion of the mentoring program). By ticking 'yes' on the electronic registration form, you express knowingly that you have been advised Global Butterfly that you are responsible for the arrangements of your flights and visa (if applicable), that you have checked with your personal physician in regards to recommended inoculations for travel and or any other medical precautions/regulations. When you attend the Global Butterfly workshops (at the retreat or online programs), you do so at your own discretion and do not hold Global Butterfly or the presenter liable for any ‘ill-effects’ of your experience. By attending these you declare that you are medically deemed “healthy” mentally, emotionally and physically. Any and all pre-existing (or historical) mental conditions or significant emotional traumas must be declared upon registration, and if new conditions occur, prior to attending this event. Any and all drug use, prescribed or over the counter drugs, must also be disclosed to Global Butterfly and the presenter. It is at the discretion of Global Butterfly and the presenter to include you in the group or 1-on-1 training.
Global Butterfly reserve the right to refuse participation of you in any of the activities at the retreat or outside the retreat during the trip.
Due to the nature of the energy work and emotional healing of this retreat, this is a NO Alcohol Retreat. When you register your online application you are expressing that you have read these terms and conditions. If alcohol is consumed, Global Butterfly reserves the right to terminate you at their discretion from any participation of an activity or the event, with no refund and all expenses for additional accommodation or travel incurred by you.
